Since starting boot camp and the eating plan 16 day ago, I’ve lost 8 pounds, which translates into 1-1/2 inches from my hips and 3 inches from my waist!!! Even more exciting – this morning I tried on a pair of pants I’ve had buried in my closet since before the birth of my first child almost six years ago, and they FIT!!!!!! Working out here relieved me of my back pain
“I am a new me, I love myself (so corny I know) and know that it is okay to focus on me! I was really wrapped up in taking care of the kids and my husband and now I know that I can do that and work out.
I started this journey with incredible back pain, my Dr’s told me I should not be doing any hard workouts. That I will have to live with this pain for the rest of my life, and there was not a lot I could do about it, other than pain relievers. Ha Ha Ha is what I say to those Dr’s, since I started working out I have not had any back pain at all! I am so happy!!!!! I can jump out of bed, touch my toes (never been able to do this in my life) and it feels great. That was the turning point for me, I knew I wanted to be as fit as possible and teach others how to do it as well. What a great feeling to know that you can help someone achieve a goal!

“This program opened my eyes. It wasn’t about restricting, but about restructuring my choices. I knew if I could figure out my nutrition the pounds just might fall off and the hard work I do exercising might finally show. Audra was completely relatable and that mattered so much to me. I made the simplest adjustments and reaped the rewards. I have been in various programs that focused on tough love and pointed out my flaws. In the simplest ways, Audra taught me to love myself and all my features. The confidence I’ve searched for for so long is present and just flowing out of me. I love it!

I can jog 5K Turkey Trot race without stopping.
